For nearly thirty years we have carried the Wüsthof Trident line for the discerning buyer, as our product of choice. Considered one of the best knife brands in the world, Wüsthof have been making knives for over 200 years, and are still family owned. Alongside them we carry Zwilling, Miyabi, Victorinox, Hazaki, Grohmann and Dexter. Seven makers, and a knife for every hand and budget.

Grohmann
Made in Pictou, Nova Scotia since 1957. Great quality, leather sheaths. Some of the best hunting and fishing knives made anywhere in the world.
Hazaki
Japanese knives with ethically sourced handles, made in Canada with Canadian wood. A genuinely excellent product and one we are pleased to carry.
